Player guide
Objective: Lead a damaged inherited team through five leadership moments and rebuild as much trust as possible.
Setup: Join with the PIN from your facilitator and play as a team member reacting to each leadership choice.
How to play: Each round presents a leadership situation. The leader chooses an action while team members share private reactions and impact signals.
Your role: Share honest private reactions and watch how trust, performance, and morale change across the scenario.
End condition: Review trust, performance, and morale outcomes, then debrief which leadership choices repaired damage and which deepened it.
